Meet Amid Saadat, the CEGO of Biggie’s Glizzies – the new mobile food vendor in town. 

Amid and his partner brought his longtime idea of running a food business to life! The trailer is completely custom made by them from the frame to the striking pieces of wood you see on the outside. A lot of energy from family and friends went into this project and it is finally time for business. Biggie’s Glizzies offers four different glizzy options and a rotating smoked meat. Each glizzy will be served on a specialized house-made bun baked by Shishi Pastry. As for the toppings, they are recipes from one of our own talented local chefs, Matt Kuehn. Being a local business themselves, BG understands the importance of collaboration and tries their best to incorporate others where they can. Aside from being a mobile food vendor for festivals and shows, they can cater for weddings, birthdays and various other special events.
